We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to maintain a fair and respectful cancellation policy. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Minimum Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who might be on our waiting list and helps our stylists plan their day efficiently.
  2. Late Cancellation Fee: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and fail to provide the required 24-hour notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the card saved on file. If a deposit has already been paid, the remaining balance will also be charged.
  3. Cancellation Process: To cancel your booking with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can easily do so by logging into your account on our website. Simply select the booking you wish to cancel and click the “cancel” button.
  4. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. If a deposit has been paid, the outstanding balance will be charged to the card used during the time of booking. For clients whose card details are not on record, a payment link will be sent, and all future bookings will be withheld until the outstanding balance is settled. We sincerely hope to avoid such situations and encourage you to inform us if you cannot make your appointment.
  5. Exceptional Circumstances: At Hair by Rosie, we understand that unexpected medical or personal emergencies can impact your ability to keep your appointment. In such cases, we are extremely empathetic and will exercise discretion when handling sudden cancellations.
